Terms of Service
Effective date: June 25, 2026
These Terms (the "Terms" or "EULA") govern your use of Monthly Calendar Widgets, including the website and the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple Media Services terms.
3. Account and Calendar Data
The app accesses Apple EventKit data and, if enabled by you, Google Calendar API data solely to render your schedule in widgets and app views.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your calendar content.
- We do not store or access your calendar data on our own servers.
- Event data remains on your device in local storage, Keychain, or App Group container.
Google Calendar uses OAuth 2.0 with the read-only scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly. The app only reads and displays your Google Calendar events and never creates, edits, or deletes them. Tokens are stored locally in iOS Keychain and can be removed by disconnecting inside the app.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
Weekly Pro
- $1.99/week (auto-renewing)
- 3-day free trial for new subscribers
- Cancel in iOS Subscriptions; takes effect at period end
Lifetime Pro
- $19.99 one-time purchase
- Permanent Pro access with no recurring charge
- Tied to Apple ID and recoverable via Restore Purchases
Apple processes all payments through the App Store. Local currency and regional pricing may vary. RevenueCat is used for subscription entitlement management.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. An auto-renewing subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds
Payments and refunds for the app are processed and ultimately decided by Apple under Apple's policies — we cannot directly issue or deny an App Store refund. To request a refund, use Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. The following describes when we will support a refund request with Apple:
- Weekly Pro — if you request a refund within 15 days of the charge, we will support your request and will not oppose it. You can also cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings to stop future renewals.
- Lifetime Pro — we will support a refund request made within 15 days of purchase, considered case-by-case based on your situation. Contact us and we will help you obtain a refund from Apple.
Requests made more than 15 days after the purchase or charge are generally not supported, except where required by applicable law. Because Apple makes the final decision on App Store refunds, outcomes may vary.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
5. What Pro Unlocks
- All Home Screen widget themes and designs.
- Custom Widget Builder controls.
- Lock Screen utility widgets and Control Center stopwatch support.
- Unlimited custom widgets, countdown timers, and stopwatches.
Without Pro, you can still use core calendar viewing, event management, and basic widgets.
About "Unlimited" features and fair use
"Unlimited" Pro features (such as custom widgets, countdown timers, stopwatches, and calendar syncing) are intended for normal personal use. There is no fixed cap on how many widgets or timers you create. To keep the service reliable and prevent automated or abusive use, generous fair-use safeguards apply to Google Calendar syncing — specifically a short cooldown between manual syncs (about one minute) and a high daily safety limit. These safeguards are not expected to affect normal personal use. Free (non-Pro) accounts may sync Google Calendar up to 2 times per week. Calendars also continue to refresh automatically in the background. These limits are generous, may be adjusted over time, and any changes will be reflected on this page.
6. Acceptable Use
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembly.
- No unlawful use.
- No attempts to bypass subscriptions or paywalls.
- No redistribution, sublicensing, or resale of the app.
- No interference with Apple or Google service communications.
7. Intellectual Property
The app, its designs, code, graphics, widget themes, logo, and branding are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Third-Party Services
Integrations with Apple EventKit, Google Calendar API, RevenueCat, and Apple StoreKit are subject to those providers' own terms and policies.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- The app may not always be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Widgets may not refresh instantly due to iOS refresh controls.
- Calendar sync may fail based on network or third-party API availability.
- Calendar sync timing depends on iOS background refresh and third-party API availability; fair-use safeguards on "Unlimited" syncing are described under "What Pro Unlocks" above.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss, missed events, or scheduling errors. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the app or subscription in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms and post updates on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
13. Apple-Specific Terms
- This EULA is concluded between you and us only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the app.
- In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory non-compliance, and consumer protection claims.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for investigating and resolving any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list.
- Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
- You must comply with applicable third-party terms (for example, Apple Media Services Terms and Google's terms) when using the app.
