Time Zone Meeting Planner

Compare one meeting time across three time zones and check common working-hour overlap.

Time-zone rules use your browser’s IANA data. Repeated local hours expose an earlier/later choice.

How to use time zone meeting planner

  1. Choose a meeting date-time and organizer zone
  2. Choose two participant zones
  3. Compare their local times and scan a 24-hour overlap table

Worked example

09:00 New York in January; participants in London and Kolkata

14:00 London and 19:30 Kolkata; Kolkata is outside 09:00–17:00

How the result is calculated

The table evaluates each hour in the organizer’s day using IANA time-zone rules. The working-hours guide uses Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 and does not account for holidays or personal schedules.

Inputs stay in your browser. You can use this tool without joining the waitlist or creating an account.
